That seems strange. MYOB (PC) should recognize a zip file. Make sure they have the .zip extension Try launching MYOB and choose explore sample file and then select File: Restore If all else fails just right click and "Expand" the zip file in Windows. The resulting folder will have your BU of the company file within. It will have the folder structure that the original location of the company file was in so you will need to dig for it. Just move the file to the folder you like to have your company file in and double click it to open it.  Dan
