We backup MYOB every night when we shut down.
Now my files have been damaged and I need to retrieve my data from the backup we created last night. How do I do it? I've tried "File" "Restore" but the zip file is not recognized. Any suggestons?

That seems strange. MYOB (PC) should recognize a zip file.
Make sure they have the .zip extension
Try launching MYOB and choose explore sample file and then select File: Restore
If all else fails just right click and "Expand" the zip file in Windows. The resulting folder will have your BU of the company file within. It will have the folder structure that the original location of the company file was in so you will need to dig for it. Just move the file to the folder you like to have your company file in and double click it to open it.

Smile

Thank you, Dan. Good Ideas! I'll give it a try.
