hello, I am not able to do my backups since we just had a crash while i had first edge up and running. Tried to get help on the website and came across this #5, remove the files

LOCK0001.flk etc

I only see these files briefly, but I cannot get the system to help me find them and delete them as it suggests I do. How do i proceed? I need to back up.
