This is the worst software, and more importantly, worse customer service ever. They want me to blindly give them my credit card and pay them $200-$400 to correct a software termination error (1204). That's 2-4x what I even paid for it! They said even if I had a support plan, "this error would not be covered." It's absurd. I plan on telling everyone I know how terrible this company is.
Our policy here requires our reps to first explain to you the options that are available to you. If a corruption exists in your file then there could be additional costs involved, only if you choose to have your file repaired. However, we always suggest that you first send the file in for diagnostics, a service which we offer free to our customers. If you decide to send your file in for diagnostics, our techs would then be able to discuss with you, in more detail, what the problem or corruption actually is and approximately how long it may take to have it repaired, if indeed it can be repaired. Once this has been discussed and you have made a decision to have your file repaired, only then do we request a credit card for the purchase of this service.
