My customer has MYOB Accounting ver 13 or 18
How can I create stock under particular groups or headings. I seem to be only able to enter an item number and description I can't seem to create a particular group of one type of item. For example I want to list all my light bulbs under one group and all my car parts under another group etc. then when I create a report I can get a total for that one group of bulbs or prats only.

If you have created an item card for each of the items, then you can use either the Identifiers or the Custom Lists feature. Both are sorting tools used to filter reports.
Each item would need to have an Identifer or Customer List associated to it. You can find this under the Item details tab.
To create either an Identifer or a Custom List, go to the Lists menu.
