Hi, if anyone could shed any light on this it would be great!!

Every time I try and access a report an error message appears on the screen:

io error 37 in reset routine

This is causing all sorts of troubles, especially seems I need to export my Accounts List to excel and this error is getting in the way!!

Did you try to close your file and reboot your system? Please be sure that you are logged into your computer as the Admin as well as your company file. Do you receive this error if you access the file from another computer?
