Hi folks,

I still run an old version of MYOB, version 7, from about 1996, purchased from Best!Ware. But, I purchased a new Windows Vista PC, and I can't install MYOB on it. It's not compatible with Vista. My questions are:

1. Is MYOB First Edge Business Basic a successor to the old Best!Ware MYOB?

2. If I purchase Business Basics First Edge, can I install it on both Windows Vista Ultimate x64 and on a separate Windows XP computer?

3. If I simply copy my old MYOB files to the new Vista computer, will the new version of MYOB be able to open all the old files (including backup files from previous years)? Or do I need some special software to convert the old files to a new format?
