I am placing a high resolution 300 dpi, 8.5x11 custom graphic background as a letterhead in my forms for printing and emailing, and when I print or email an invoice from FirstEdge the background image looks terrible - it gets very pixelated. I have years upon years of experienced with graphics software and it's clear to me the image is getting compressed as it is sent to print, by FirstEdge. This is not a printer issue, or a graphics file size issue, it appears to be a FirstEdge issue. I cannot find any information in the manual that indicates you can control image resolution in custom forms. Does anyone here, or anyone at MYOB know how to prevent FirstEdge from compressing, or "down-rezzing" background images or graphics added to customize a form, when sending it to print or email?
This is a big issue for our business as we are hired for graphic design assignments and I cannot send out invoices that contain low rez images, we're in a position in which we must use a slick looking letterhead.
