I just purchased Business Basics and DOWNLOADED it rather than purchased the CD version.

WHERE DO I GET THE SERIAL# so I can set up my data? The download and install went fine, but the first screen asks for the serial #, which is supposed to be on the documentation -- except that I bought the product DOWNLOADED.

Nothing in their FAQ's. I sent customer service an email...but they must not work on the weekends???

What was the point of having it downloaded so that I could get started quickly?

Anyone have any ideas?

I would think the serial # would have been given to you in the purchase process or by e-mail confirmation.

You can start a new company file and not put in the serial #. It will time out the file in 30? days (read only). You can enter you # in Setup: Company Information later.
