EVERY time I try to change the print orientation of a page or reduce or increase the %age in page setup the program shuts down! Is there something I'm doing wrong or have I set up the printer preferences incorrectly? Some kinda guidance would be most appreciated!

I haven't tried changing the orientation, etc., but when I try to choose a different printer in the printer dialog box, MYOB (AE 2005 NE) crashes every time. (I am on 10.4.6.) If I leave the default printer selected, everything prints just fine.

However, when I called and talked to MYOB technical support, the person there suggested that it was a problem with my printer drivers. She said that my drivers must be corrupt. (Yes, the drivers for my HP Deskjet and my Adobe PDF printer drivers must be corrupt.) She had me trash my preferences. That didn't help.

I want to stress that printing works just fine if I just print. But as soon as I click in the drop down printer list, MYOB crashes.

I sent my file in, but I haven't heard back from the tech.

Anyone else who can add to this?

This is an OLD question, with no answers, and I am having the same problem. Except that my MAC doesn't hang up; MYOB simply does not change the orientation of the print. On reports, it always prints in landscape, even if I try to change it to portrait. I also cannot find a way to change the margins on a one-time basis when that particular report has only 1 or 2 lines on a second page. Any help?
