1)I bought the exact same items at different pricing. How can I key in the 2 different pricing in my inventory? Do I still use the same item code then?
2)I sell accessories and these come in limited pcs, is it best not to inventorise them? If I want to inventorise and the pricing changes from pcs to pcs, how an I go about recording them?
I don't think MYOB can du that. I believe it uses either last price or price averaging. Do you really need to track these in inventory (are they that significant)? Can they be tracked somewhere else, remember MYOB is not capable of everything. You could just enter them in Cost of Sale or an expense account when you buy them and track them informally.
