All of a sudden when I try to send invoices via email from FirstEdge, they're not making it there. I tried changing the email address to my own and I got nothing.
This happened around the time I changed the Company name to a new DBA but I wouldn't think that would mess things up.
How can I trouble shoot this to get it working again? I'm on Mac OS 10.5.6 and FirstEdge version 3, release 11.2.0H.
After you changed the name of the company file, did you try to open the file using the application from the application folder, then navigating to the file? Has anything else on your computer changed, update to your email provider? Anything like that?
I did NOT open it from the applications folder. I clicked on the icon in my dock as I always do. I did not change email providers (it's email addresses from my own domain). I'm not sure what could be wrong.
