I have an IT Services business, and am trying to replace the paper time sheet that we currently use. What I'd like is a calendar based work order that I can access through any web browser to enter time and materials for our jobs.
When my bookkeeper comes in she can create invoices form the work orders.
I have not been able to find a solution that fits, does anyone know of a service or software solution for this?

Runs as SQL or Access, they clock in at a PC (their own, or a station PC), can use barcodes and camera proof to avoid buddy punches.

WE dont use all the program's functions except for the PC based time clock making it easier for me to prep payroll...

It also doesn't allow the employee to change the clock on the PC to avoid being "late" or "leaving early"...

Nice program. Clear, works well, I give it 2 thumbs up.

(And I tested a LOT of PC based time clock programs...)
