The title says it all. There is nothing on the site, and almost nothing in these forums about fund accounting for non-profits. With the current iteration of MYOB, is this feasible? I have several funds scattered over three bank accounts.

You can make MYOB track these by using Jobs. Set up a job for each fund (with opening balance).
Turn on Job required in preferences so you don't forget to code the jobs to each transaction item.
Optionally you can set up sub jobs for expenses and use the main Job for income if you want more detail.

I suggest you set up a test company and work with it to get the hang of how the Jobs will track the funds.
