Been using MYOB for years and always have difference between what monthly payroll deposits should be (using Tax Liabilities report) and what the 941 report says the liabilities really are. Usually 10 cents or so. Why has this persisted? Since the tax rates are downloaded on tables, why can't this problem be eliminated.
My 941 report requires I list my tax liabilities for each month but I can't get accurate numbers out of MYOB. I can get what I deposited but that is off by this rounding error. Am I missing something?
