Is it possible to view last years invoices? They do not show up when I search for them.

If you closed your fiscal year and let MYOB purge all your closed data then you need to unzip/unstuff the back-up you made BEFORE closing and purging the previous fiscal year. Open that copy to see those older transaction ~ in fact rename that copy something like "Fiscal Books 2007.myo" and keep them handy for when you need to look back.

Newer MYOB versions (2005 onward?) gives you the option to retain previous years. I always retain the last previous year for easy reference and purge the rest. If I need something further back I'll just open a copy of those "Fiscal Years Books"
