Can someone please tell me how on earth I create a mail merge on MYOB. Have the data updated in my card file, have the letters ready to go in Word but the Create Personalised Letters function will not allow me to use my template......

The letter you created needs to be set up as a template and saved in the Letters folder located in the Software program folder. Once your template has been saved in that folder it will appear in the Personalized Letters list.
