Our issue is that we are selling many many unique items, and AE doesn't seem to have a slick way of taking these into inventory and dealing with their lifecycle. I am going to again request a "unique items" flag. What I'm really hoping for, though, is a "acquire unique items" pane where we can create and inventory new unique items in one step. i.e. I buy an antique table for $100. This is a unique item. I go to the pane, I create this unique item, give it a product code, and according to a template, the tracking accounts are set up;I state what I paid for it (and how I paid) and what it's expected selling price is. Done. Now I can sell the item immediately, print a label for it, etc. I hope that makes perfect sense. Really, right now it makes AE prohibitively difficult to track items of low value since the time to enter them into the system is so much.

One other thing: could you please create a "default setting for the default locations." Currently, every time I create an item I have to say its default location. I'd like AE to automatically put, for example, "Store" as the default location in both boxes, unless I change it to something else (i.e. offsite.) This would save me TONS of time.
