I have a custom envelope template (envelope.dot) stashed away in the Letters folder in the MYOB17 directory.
When I attempt to create an envelope from a card, MS Word (2003) launches, but then sits there doing nothing for a while, then I get a beep and a MYOB Accounting window that states "Error in OfficeLink process"
Any ideas?

Go to our downloads page: http://www.myob-us.com/downloads/ and download the Officelink processor for the version of Office you have installed.

I wen to the site you suggested, but there is no download in the Windows section that looks like it would fix this.
