I've been searching high and low but can't find any information on progress invoicing in AE.

Most of my contracts are fixed fee and I invoice a percentage of completion at the end of each month. I'd like to be able to set up an estimate with the total amount for the project and then create an invoice for a percentage of that amount each month (showing the amount remaining on the invoice.)

Can someone out there please help me figure out how to do this in AE?

Thanks.

Your procedures sound similar to the way a retainer would work, billing in increments upon completion.
See if this FAQ can help: http://myobanswers.com/faq/en/Working_with_a_retainer

Thanks, MYOB101. Extremely helpful FAQ. Especially given that I also will have to deal with retainers.

I was hoping that MYOB would track unspent retainers and progress invoices rather than forcing me to do the math myself.

There aren't built-in processes for dealing with retainers and percentage of completion billing? I'm a little bit surprised.
