Hi,I just reformat my computer and reinstalled my MYOB V9 software. However, I am unable to open my files which i saved previously.When i try to open the file, either an error message saying that the file is not a file in MYOB premier appears, or a message showing error X index 41 appears. I also cannot restore my back up files. Can anyone please help me on this? Thank you.

Check to see that your MYOB V9 has all the updates that you had in place when your company files were saved.

Can your reinstalled MYOB open its own widgets file?

Can you manually unzip/expand your backups?
