I generated a report of "Sales, Item Summary". The screen report listed all of the selected items continuously down the page. However, when I printed the report it created 88 pages with one item per page. I don't think that is supposed to happen, or at least it has never happened to me before. Is there something wrong with AccountEdge 2006? I don't recall having these problems with previous versions.

Please advise on how to get each page filled with the information on the report.

Hi,

I had exactly the same problem. Printing items on a single page did not work. When I tried to print I got out multiple pages instead of just a couple of pages for the report.

Here is how I fixed it.

I looked at the customization of the report and checked each line for font and size. Down at the subtotal line and total line I discovered that the font size was set to 57000 or some such enormous number. I clicked use default which set my report styles back to the default fonts and sizes and that fixed my issue. I hope it helps.
