This is all very frustrating. I've been using MYOB for over 10 years. Now this pitiful forum which goes weeks before any kind of reply from tech support, then no followup is all we have.
Unless you have a "full support plan" which I don't need because i use a Payroll service, there is no tech support available.
Very bad, how this company thinks that we, their loyal customers, would want to recommend this software to others is hard to imagine. If you can't get your customers to refer you, you don't last very long.
